Last autumn, the eyes of the whole world were focused on Poland and the concert hall of the Warsaw National Philharmonic, where the 18th International Chopin Piano Competition was held. The single participation in this Contest is a great ennoblement for young pianists, and the title of laureate opens the most important doors of the musical world to the best, and in fact changes their lives. We are proud and happy to announce that the Opole Philharmonic, being one of the stops on the concert tour of the four distinguished artists, is also becoming part of this change. Of course, the two evenings will be full of the music of Fryderyk Chopin, and each of the concerts of the patron of the Contest (Concert nº 1 in E minor and Concert nº 2 in F minor) will be heard day after day. in two performances.
